Teaching: New course "Energy System Optimization"
We are expanding our teaching portfolio with the new course Energy System Optimization.
The course introduces mathematical and numerical optimization methods for energy systems. Students learn how to formulate and solve engineering problems such as economic dispatch, optimal power flow and network-constrained energy system operation using modern Python tools. This new course complements our current teaching offer in power system fundamentals, operation and control, electricity markets, modelling, simulation and renewable energy integration.
